The Brass Ring, oil on canvas, 48" x 32", 1992
In this painting Koral addresses the "fear of success".
As the left hand of the artist reaches for the brass ring, the veins of the arm and the contours, become ropes.
These ropes are pulled back in the opposite direction, away from the brass ring and away from success.
It is often only interior forces which prevent us from achieving our goals.
This image is also available as a stunning Limited Edition giclee, hand finished, 33" x 22".
